SUCH a Sunday night time pud! 🍑🍎
I made this Peach & Apple Cobbler from stuff I already had within the cabinet this afternoon…and it was fairly good! Hit like if that is your sort of pudding!!💥…recipe beneath 😊Completely satisfied Sunday xx

Warmth the oven to 180C
Peel and core three apples and reduce them into wedges. Place them in an oven proof dish roughly 24cm x 20cm
Add 2 x 400g tins of peaches with half of the juice (not syrup) into the dish and blend with the sliced apple.
In a bowl cream 125g of butter with 100g brown sugar. Stir in a overwhelmed egg.
Add 150g if self elevating flour and a tsp of cinnamon. Stir till you have got a sticky dough.
Spoon small dollops of dough over the fruit till it’s lined.
Bake within the oven for 30 minutes.
