Love Your leftovers!!…..this week we reached important level with our bread crusts…we solely actually use bread for the children sandwiches, so we’re usually left with 2 crusts in a bag earlier than opening a brand new one…..Do not throw them away! They’re nice for croutons (fried these in a few of the oil from a solar dried tomato jar) bulking out soup or for breadcrumbs coating. When you do not want them right away, simply pop them within the freezer (so long as they’ve not already been frozen.) Comfortable hump day! xx
