I may actually eat goat’s cheese all day…I do know not everybody’s a fan – possibly a like it or hate it form of factor??? In case you DO prefer it…then my recipe for Figs with Goat’s Cheese, Honey & Thyme is up on my weblog now (hyperlink in profile) and makes a fairly sensible starter, lunch or final snack!!! A xxx
