1 onion finely sliced
Oil for frying
2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp floor cumin
300g bag of frozen Quorn mince
500g of passata
400g tin of kidney beans (drained)
1. Place the onion in a big, non-stick frying pan. Drizzle in oil and fry for Four minutes.
2. Add the garlic, sugar, cocoa powder, cumin and chilli to the pan and fry for an extra 1 minute.
3. Add the passta to the pan, adopted by the quorn mince, stir and produce to the boil.
4. Simmer for 8-10 minutes till heated by means of. Serve with rice or on jacket potatoes. #advert
