Do-it-yourself Paprika Wedges………my favorite strategy to eat potatoes!! Fluffy on the within and crispy on the skin 💪
Warmth the oven to 200C
Reduce four medium baking potatoes in half (skins on) after which minimize every half into wedges, about 5 cm thick on the widest level.
Place the wedges in a saucepan and canopy in boiling, salted water. Carry to the boil and simmer for five minutes.
Drain the potatoes and permit them to steam for Three minutes within the colander , till they’re dry.
Place 2-Three tbls of oil (I exploit sunflower oil) in a cup. Stir in 1 heaped tsp of smoked paprika.
Use a pastry brush to color the Paprika oil over the underside of a roasting tray.
Lay the wedges on the oily tray and paint the tops of them with the Paprika oil.
Sprinkle generously with salt and pepper earlier than baking within the oven for 15-20 minutes.
