I am unsure that ANY breakfast has ever made my household as completely happy as this one! The elements had been delivered by @freshmilkandmore earlier than we had been even awake this morning!

Makes four Burritos
.
1 avocado (peeled and lower into small cubes)
eight cherry tomatoes (lower into small items)

Place the avocado, tomato, coriander, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a bowl. Stir and put aside.

While the sausages are cooking. Whisk four eggs with salt, pepper, harissa and milk till mixed.
