The children have gotten buddies coming over for tea this night, so I wished to make one thing straightforward that they’d all like….Tuna pasta bake! This one is so easy. I cooked 400g of pasta. While that is simmering I fried a finely chopped onion and chunks of pink pepper for 10 minutes, till mushy. I added a few handfuls of shredded kale for the final couple of minutes of frying (you should use Spinach for those who favor.) add a 250g tub of soppy cheese, 2 drained tins of tuna and a pair of heaped tablespoons of pink pesto to the pan, adopted by the drained pasta. Season and stir till mixed. Place the pasta into an oven proof dish and canopy with grated cheese. Bake within the oven for round 20 minutes on 180C till the pasta is heated by way of and the cheese has gone crispy. Swipe throughout to the following picture to see it put collectively. It is a nice mid week dinner, that I do know my lot will love!! Goes rather well with some sweetcorn on the aspect. Let me know for those who’re cooking any of my recipes this week, I like seeing your pics! Xx
