That is my tremendous easy Lentil Bake, served with herby new potatoes. The entire household find it irresistible. It is so good seeing empty plates after a wholesome dinner…..particularly after the entire treats this weekend!!………500g bag of Aldi frozen brown lentils and tahini (this additionally has pink onion and tomato in it)
100g Cheddar cheese + a bit of to sprinkle excessive
three slices of bread
1 grated carrot
Drizzle of olive oil
Salt and pepper
