Salt & Pepper New Potatoes….my new responsible pleasure!! All the enjoyment of a chinese language takeaway basic, in a roastie! They go along with curry, hen, burgers…or my new favorite – dipped in Sriracha flavoured mayo😋 Recipe is beneath, Completely satisfied Friday!!

Makes sufficient for four folks
.
1 kg new potatoes
three tbsp oil
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp crushed peppercorns
1 tsp crushed sea salt
1 tsp chinese language 5 spice

– Minimize the potatoes in half or thirds, so they’re all equal in dimension. Place in a saucepan.
– Cowl the potatoes in chilly, salted water and produce to the boil. When the water has began to bubble, place the lid on the pan and simmer for five minutes.
-Warmth the oven to 200C
-Drain the potatoes and return them to the pan with the lid on. Shake vigorously just a few occasions to fluff up the perimeters of the potatoes. Take away the lid and permit the potatoes to steam dry.
