Prawn Thai Noodles……scrumptious and easy.
✨Pulse the next in a blender to make a Thai paste: 1 clove of garlic, 1 purple chilli, juice and zest of a lime, a bunch of spring onions, thumb of ginger and a handful of coriander. As soon as blended put in a frying pan for five minutes with a bit olive oil. Stir recurrently. Add cooked, peeled and defrosted prawns and stir till coated. Add a 400g tin of coconut milk and an 80g sq. of medium dried noodles. Simmer on a low warmth for five minutes till noodles are gentle and prawns are heated by means of. Serve with chopped coriander and a squeeze of lime…..makes sufficient for 2! Makes use of 100% Aldi elements!
