I don’t make lasagne fairly often as I discover it a little bit of a faff…I had a while yesterday so I knocked up a veggie lasagne and it was completely well worth the effort! There’s nothing fairly prefer it as consolation meals on a chilly Sunday 😊I at all times add grated carrot and courgette after I fry the onions. It provides nice flavour and the youngsters don’t even understand it’s there 👍Completely satisfied Monday 💕
