I believe you’re going to like this! …..Bear in mind the Thai frozen greens that I informed you about, from @aldiuk ….properly I’ve made burgers from them!! Vegetarian and scrumptious!! Defrost the bag of Aldi frozen Thai Type Greens.
Blitz the veg to a pulp, in batches if obligatory.
Place the veg pulp right into a sieve and squeeze out as a lot of the surplus moisture as you may.
Blitz Three slices of bread into breadcrumbs and season with salt and pepper and a few chilli powder (1/2 – 1 tsp relying on how sizzling you prefer it!) Add the breadcrumbs to the veg pulp and blend properly.
Divide the combination into four equal balls, roll in just a little flour and press down firmly into burger shapes.
Warmth just a little oil in a pan till it’s spitting sizzling. Fry the burgers for round 2-Three minutes either side or till crisp, browned and cooked via. Serve in a burger bun with candy chilli sauce!
