That is my lunch at this time (already half eaten!) a toasted cheese sandwich with grilled peppers, artichokes and solar dried tomatoes (all from the Aldi antipasti jarred vary)…..I cooked it within the griddle and it was great….not very wholesome, however…..it is Friday!!!!
