Oil for frying
340g Rooster chipolatas
2 leeks finely sliced
2 handfuls of finely sliced Cavalo Nero
1.2 litres hen inventory
400g orzo
Salt & pepper
150g @Pasanbreton French Garlic & Herb Cream Cheese

-Warmth a drizzle of oil in a big saucepan with a lid. Place the sausages within the pan and fry for 7 minutes on a medium warmth, turning them often to brown throughout.
-Take away the sausages from the pan. Minimize every one into 5 items. Put aside.
