Apple, Blackberry & Cinnamon Cobbler 🍎🥧 When you’ve been blackberry choosing this weekend and fancy a change from crumble, you could give this a attempt! Assume candy fruit with a delicate cinnamon scone like topping! Recipe is beneath – hope you prefer it x

400g blackberries
400g consuming apples (cored and reduce into bitesize items, pores and skin on)
2 tbsp sugar (i exploit brown however any will do)
125g butter
100g brown sugar
1 egg overwhelmed
150g self elevating flour
1 tsp Cinnamon

Warmth the oven to 180C
Place the apple items and blackberries in a deep heatproof dish.
Sprinkle the fruit with 2 tbsp of sugar and blend till evenly unfold and coated.
In a bowl beat the butter with 100g brown sugar. Stir in a overwhelmed egg.
Add the self elevating flour and a tsp of cinnamon. Stir till you will have a sticky dough.
Spoon dollops of dough over the fruit till it’s coated with small gaps.
Bake within the oven for 35-40 minutes
